The forecast predicted rain all week.  The morning of their wedding, the sky held dark while thunder shook the windows.  Rain poured to drench anyone who stepped outside.

But, miraculously, it all stopped by noon.

Kellynne and Jorden had the entire family praying, and God blessed them with such a beautiful, sunny day.

I go way back  to middle school with Kellynne and Jorden when we were in youth group at Forest Park Covenant Church.  It’s been amazing to see their relationship bloom into marriage.

Pastor Tim led the ceremony, and he surprised the bride and groom with letters from their parents.  It was heartwarming and had everyone tearing up.

The sun even peeked out of the clouds near the end of the ceremony to signal the celebration of the day.

I loved this bridesmaid’s reaction to seeing Kellynne get into her dress.

LOVE the first look.  Every time.

Jorden’s dad just happened to have a yellow convertible for us to take some pictures in.

Have to love a forest full of pine trees…

It was pretty hot.  So hot, in fact, that several guys were sweating through their suits!

Praying before the ceremony.

Ryke’s Bakery make the delicious desserts.

I hope you enjoyed your honeymoon up north!  Thanks for having me be a part of your wedding day.
